Brand Rep Program FAQ
Is this a paid position?
No. Our brand rep program is not a paid position. Reps are compensated through exclusive perks, including rep discounts, commission in the form of store credit, early access to launches, and occasional freebies.
How does commission work?
Commission is earned as store credit for sales generated using your personal discount code. Store credit can be used toward future purchases on our website.
Do reps receive free products?
Freebies are not guaranteed. Occasional gifted items may be offered based on activity, content quality, and brand needs.
What is expected of brand reps?
Brand reps are expected to:
- Be active and engaged
- Share content featuring our products
- Promote their discount code
- Represent the brand positively and professionally
Specific expectations are outlined in the rep agreement.
Is there a minimum posting or sales requirement?
Reps are expected to remain active and make a genuine effort to promote the brand. Inactivity or lack of participation may result in removal from the program.
Can brand reps be removed from the program?
Yes. We reserve the right to remove reps at any time if expectations are not met or if the program is no longer a good fit.
How long does the rep program last?
Rep terms and renewal periods are outlined in the rep agreement. Not all reps are guaranteed renewal.
