All items are made and pressed in-house. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We also offer LOCAL DELIVERY.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Order Updates

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Volume Seasons

Due to holidays and major sales (such as Black Friday), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
