🤎 Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Bucking Bronc Boutique, every item is made or pressed in-house, and we want you to absolutely love what you receive! Please review our return + exchange policy below:
🚫 All Sales Are Final
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for issues such as:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Sale items or discount code purchases
Please be sure to double-check size charts, colors, and product details before ordering.
💥 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Mistakes can happen, and we’ll make it right!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item + issue
- A photo of the packing slip
Once approved, we will replace the item or issue shop credit depending on the situation.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delayed deliveries
If an issue occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
⚡ Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as production begins shortly after purchase.
